Shipping Destinations & Address Limitations
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not support shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other international destinations or U.S. territories outside of the lower 48 states.
Furthermore, due to logistics routing and technical verification limitations in the military mailing network, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. These restrictions are determined by standard carrier routing protocols, address verification technologies, and secure transit requirements. We understand the importance of delivering to our military customers and those with alternative postal setups. Therefore, we are actively working with our logistics partners to find viable routing and verification solutions to support our military customers in the future. We advise all customers to provide a valid, physical street address within the contiguous United States at checkout to prevent transit delays or cancellations.
Shipping Rates & Costs
We offer transparent and direct shipping rates to ensure there are no surprises during the checkout process. Our shipping fees are calculated based on the order total before taxes and after any discounts are applied.
Orders of $60.00 and Over: We provide standard shipping at no additional cost (Free Shipping) for all orders with a subtotal of $60.00 or more.
Orders Under $60.00: For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.00 will be added to your order total at checkout.
All shipping charges are displayed clearly on the checkout page before you authorize payment. Any applicable state sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination.
