Return Window: You have 30 business days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.
We welcome returns of items that are lightly used, provided they remain in a resale condition with all original packaging and components returned. We understand that you need to open the box, hold the mount, and test how it attaches to your vehicle or device to confirm compatibility. As long as the product is returned with its original packaging, parts, and manuals, and is in a condition where it can be offered to another customer, we are glad to support your return.
We want to emphasize that our policy is built on fairness and mutual respect. For instance, we provide the following minor physical observations for transparency:
Lighting and screen variations: The actual color of the mounting accessories or components may display slight differences under different ambient lighting conditions or individual device screens. This is a common characteristic of textured materials.
Manual measurements: Slight deviations of a few millimeters may occur due to manual measurements. We recommend verifying your device dimensions to ensure a comfortable fit.
These observations are intended purely to guide you on standard physical characteristics and are never used as an excuse to deny, delay, or block a return. If you are not satisfied with the item due to color variance, dimensional fit, or any other reason, you are fully entitled to return it within our standard window without any hurdles.
Our anti-fraud protective measures are reserved solely for extreme scenarios, such as intentional destruction of the merchandise, attempts to return completely different products (item switching), or returning a product with major core components missing.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received at our returns address, we work diligently to complete the processing.
Internal Review: Once the package is received, please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed and reviewed.
Notification: Once your return is processed, you will receive an automatic email notification confirming that the refund has been approved and issued.
Bank Processing: The funds will be returned to the credit card used during the original transaction. Due to standard banking systems, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to display on your credit card statement or account ledger.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
