Usage & Safety Responsibility
Proper installation and safe operation of mobile device mounts are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner, driver, or rider.
Driving Safety First: Mounting accessories should never be installed in a location that obstructs the driver’s view of the road, blocks the deployment of airbags, or interferes with the vehicle’s primary controls (steering wheel, gear shift, pedals). Drivers should never interact with, adjust, or insert devices into the mount while the vehicle is in motion. All adjustments must be made when the vehicle is safely parked.
Safe Placement: It is the user’s responsibility to regularly check the secure attachment of suction cups, air vent clips, handlebar clamps, or magnetic adapters. High temperatures, direct sunlight, and road vibrations can gradually reduce the grip of adhesives, clamps, or suction mechanisms. CarPhoneCradle shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage to mobile devices, vehicle interiors, motorcycles, bicycles, or any other personal property resulting from the drop, slip, or failure of a mounted device.
General Handling: Ensure all mounting components are placed safely away from small children and pets, as tiny clips, screws, or silicone adapters may present a choking hazard.
Errors, Shipping & External Delays
While we endeavor to provide accurate pricing, description, and availability details on our website, errors may occasionally occur.
Errors and Corrections: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect availability information due to a typing error or system lag, CarPhoneCradle reserves the right to correct the error and revise your order accordingly. This includes the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices, even after you have received an order confirmation or your credit card has been charged. If your card has already been charged and the order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping and External Delays: Once your package has been handed over to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), the physical transit process is subject to external operational conditions.
